the location was convenient. it was near public transportation. the breakfast offered a good start to the day. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the elevators were slow. i experienced long wait times. the room i had was small. the bathroom space was also limited.

the hotel location was convenient. it was easy to get to places i needed to visit. staff were cute and helpful too. i found the room was nice and neat.
elevators were slow. the waits was long during peak hours. breakfast wasn't buffet style. i had to order from a menu and wait, and it took a long time.

helpful staff thoughtful touch convenient bar
I found the staff to be very helpful and quick to respond to requests. the provided refillable water bottles were a thoughtful touch. i appreciated the bar being available downstairs. It was convenient.
the room i had was quite small, and this made it somewhat difficult to fully unpack and store my belongings.

The hotel offers a complimentary cocktail at the bar, a nice perk. the lower-level restaurant provides tasty food, and i found the waiter, javier, to be very attentive. He provided great service. the breakfast menu had varied options.

the hotel provides shuttle service to the airport, costing $75 from the hotel to jfk for two people. there is a tv area equipped with sofas for relaxation. refillable water is available in the lobby, as well as free popcorn in the afternoon.
